The night fell softly as I laid under the tree, it creeped stealthily out of the valley. The relaxing breeze felt like it was inviting me to close my eyes and let it took me to a dream I had never seen previously. The silence was bizarre thing, because a night had never been as quiet and peaceful as this night only. The light of the lonely moon filtered at every inch it could reach and the stars were looking through every cranny. The stars were enlivening the sky as if they know I would be here, watching them solemnly.
The night was picturesque and diverting.
My whole sanity was being stolen by the soothing charm of the night. And the moon was peeking from the foliage that was covering its light, still looking after me. The moon was a loyal companion. It never left, it was always there while watching steadfast, knowing us in our happy and sad moments. It fully understood how it was like being a mere human because it was sometimes wan and sometimes strong.
I stared at it long enough until I almost started to lose myself. When I chose to close my eyes, I was one step away from the dream that was already waiting me. Some delicate whispers inside my head were telling me to sleep by singing a lullaby to me. Suddenly the wind was warming against my skin, I thought someone was putting a blanket over me.
Even with my eyes closed, I still could see how dominating the moon was in the sky. It was baffling when people could not realize how magnificent a night can be. Every single day, I could not wait until the sun sunk below the horizon, beneath the water, until orange lights that were dancing and flickering begins to wane at the surface of the water. The sky would be golden red painted with a tinge of pink and faint green, but it was more beautiful when the sky was dark purple with infrequent shimmers of stars, silently telling everyone to gather and watch how great they are. Once the night took over, I would never be happier.
It was time for me to finally say goodbye to reality, and enter my dream.
